Create a Person

POST /v1/people creates one record in the workspace carried by the product session. Only the surname is required; forcing an e-mail or phone number would encourage fabricated data.

The route requires people.person.write. The write records MANUAL provenance in the same transaction, so lower-priority sources cannot silently replace it later.
